August 2008 - Challenges faced by working women

August 2008 issue of Corporate ezine PR-e-Sense focusses on the various challenges faced by working women and the tips to overcome these challenges.

Online Survey
To study the various problems, we conducted an online survey and identified some major issues. Then we also validated our observations with professional experts.

One of the major observations made by us was that working women find difficulty in 'work balance' between family and office. This also affects their health.

There is a general perception amongst the female members that they prefer male bosses to female bosses. We are also analysing as to why such perception gets developed.
