After the successful launch of the 200th edition last month, we thought of introducing new columns to benefit the readers.  From this edition, we will be reviewing the edition published 15 years ago in the corresponding month.  In this edition, we start with the November 2008 edition of PreSense.  Please read and enjoy.

On behalf of the Editorial Board, I am very excited to release the milestone edition, that is the 200th edition of your eMagazine PreSense,   This eMagazine started in March 2006 on the suggestion of Dr Abdul Kalam for positive journalism, in spite of all challenges has continuously published the editions on the first of every month with rich positive contents.  This is the only digital magazine in India for a long time for positive journalism in a non-commercial manner, without advertisements, purely with voluntary support.    I thank all the past and present editorial members and the readers for their sustained support.

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) added glory to India by landing the Chandrayaan 3 on the South Pole of the Moon successfully. To mark this proud moment, our cartoonist Triambak has drawn two cartoons to salute the ISRO team.

In August 2023, PreSense launched Part II of the eBook on “Freedom Fighters of India” from the main gate of the Andaman Cellular Jail.

This edition covers the 13th Edition of Sansad Ratna Awards 2023.  During this event, we have crossed the 100th Award mark.  With this, Sansad Ratna Award moves from the first Phase to the Second Phase.   

Please watch the full proceedings of the event held at Delhi on Saturday, 25th March 2023.  Shri Bandaru Dattatreya (Hon'ble Governor of Haryana) and Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal (Hon'ble MoS, Parliamentary Affairs) were th Chief Guests.

8 Lok Sabha Members, 5 Rajya Sabha Members and 2 Departmentally Related Standing Committees were honoured with Sansad Ratna Awards.  One Veteran leader was honoured with 'Dr APJ Abdul kalam Lifetime Achievement Award'.

This is a 'Republic Day' Special focussing on the contributions made by freedom fighters at Andaman Islands.  They were brutally tortured by the British and Japanese Authorities.  Hundreds of them were killed.  On this day (30th Jan) in 1944, 44 Freedom Fighters belonging to the Indian Independence Leagure (IIL) were shot dead by the Japanese Authorities without trial.  As a mark of Homage to those brave martyrs, we are releasing this edition today.
